- Draw on the signature pad, or type your name in Or type your name; pick an Ink colour. Use Clear pad to redo.

- Go to other pages with Prev and Next if needed, then click Sign & Download.
What kind of signature this creates
Your drawing is trimmed to its edges and stamped into the PDF as a transparent PNG image, so it sits cleanly over lines and boxes. A typed name is rendered in a cursive-style system font before being placed the same way. The rest of the document is left as it was.
This is a visual signature, the electronic equivalent of signing a printout and scanning it. It suits declarations, rent agreements shared between friends, internal approvals and forms that simply ask for a signed copy.
Limitations
- It is not a certificate-based digital signature (DSC) and cannot satisfy portals that require one.
- The signature is placed at a fixed width; it cannot be resized after placing.
- The cursive look of a typed name depends on fonts installed on your device.
Frequently asked questions
Can I sign with my finger on a phone?
Yes. The pad responds to touch and stylus as well as a mouse.
Does the typed name override my drawing?
Yes. If the Or type your name box has text, that is used; clear the box to place the drawn signature instead.
Is my signature stored or uploaded?
No. It exists only on the page in your browser and inside the PDF you download.
