Convert CSV to PDF
CSV exports from portals, banks and forms are hard to read as raw text. This lays the data out as a proper table in a PDF that anyone can open and print.

How to use Convert CSV to PDF
- Choose a .csv file (spreadsheet formats like .xlsx are also accepted).
- Select Landscape or Portrait orientation.
- Pick a Font size; smaller fits more columns across the page.
- Click Convert to PDF to get the table.
From comma-separated data to a table
The file is parsed into rows and columns, blank rows are removed, and the first row becomes a shaded header. The table spills onto further pages automatically if there are many rows. A CSV holds a single table, so the result has one titled section.
CSV is what many systems export: a list of shortlisted candidates, a bank statement, a Google Form's responses or a quiz score export. Converting it gives a read-only copy suitable for emailing to a teacher, a manager or a group.
Limitations
- Files with dozens of columns become cramped; consider landscape and a font size of 6 or 7.
- Very long cell text wraps and can make rows tall.
- Hindi and other non-Latin text cannot be drawn by the built-in PDF font, so the tool stops with a clear message instead of making a garbled PDF; open such a CSV in a spreadsheet and use Print, Save as PDF. Other values are printed exactly as written.
Frequently asked questions
My CSV uses semicolons instead of commas. Will it work?
Comma-separated files are the safe choice. If every row lands in a single column, re-save the file with commas as the separator and try again.
Can I choose which columns to include?
No. All columns are printed. Delete unwanted columns in a spreadsheet app first.
Are CSV files with personal data safe here?
They are processed only in your browser and are never transmitted.
