How to use SVG to JPG Converter

- Pick the Background for transparent areas colour, since SVGs are usually see-through.
- Set Quality; for crisp vector edges, 90 or higher works well.
- Click Convert to JPG and download.
Points to watch with SVG to JPG
Most SVG files have no background at all, so the choice of fill colour matters more here than in almost any other conversion. The browser renders the vector drawing, the tool paints your colour underneath, and the browser's JPEG encoder compresses the result. White suits documents; a brand colour can make a logo tile ready to drop into a slide.
JPEG compression is tuned for photographs and can leave soft halos around the hard edges typical of vector art. Keeping the quality slider high reduces that. If transparency or razor-sharp lines matter, SVG to PNG is the better route. Output dimensions follow the SVG's declared width and height, with a 1024-pixel square fallback when no size is available.
Limitations
- Transparency is replaced by the chosen background colour.
- Sharp lines and text can show slight JPEG artefacts, especially below quality 85.
- No scaling control; enlarge the SVG's own width and height for a bigger JPG.
Frequently asked questions
Why choose JPG over PNG for an SVG?
Only when the destination demands JPG. PNG keeps transparency and sharper edges for vector graphics.
Can I make the background match my slide?
Yes. Use the Background for transparent areas picker to set any colour before converting.
What size will the JPG be?
The same pixel size the SVG declares. If it declares none, the tool uses 1024 by 1024.
Does conversion require uploading?
No. Rendering and JPEG encoding happen in your browser only.
